Free shipping over $59 with discreet packaging. The shipment will be arranged within 24 hours after the order has been placed. As soon as Logistic company will provide us the tracking number, BloomDoll will be provided to you via email (usually takes 48-72 hours.)

Please NOTE that our currently cooperated logistic company in the US is Amazon, which means your order will be packaged with a normal Amazon box. It usually takes 3-10 days for you to receive the order with the US(remote area excluded)

Returns & Warranty:

We offer returns or refund for arriving damaged or defective items. Damages caused by improper operation, overused abrasion and disassembling the product are excluded from our warranty terms. If you’re experience and defects, please email our tech support: BloomDoll@funejoy.com

We offer a 30-day no risk money-back guarantee and 12 months manufacturer warranty. Refunds and replacements for damaged or defected products within 30 days after the delivered date. If you feel your product has a manufacturing defect, please email us via  BloomDoll@funejoy.com. (Tips: Please attached the photos, order number and a short description of the defect products which will accelerate the process.)
